Do I need to be pre-approved before we start looking at homes?

We’re happy to do an initial strategy call at any stage, but we strongly recommend getting pre-approved before touring homes. It clarifies your budget, strengthens your offer, and helps us focus on properties that truly fit. If you don’t have a lender yet, we’ll introduce you to trusted local options—no obligation to use them.

How does Freedom Home Team get paid as my buyer’s agent?

In most cases, our compensation is paid by the seller via the listing brokerage, not out of your pocket. We’ll walk you through exactly how it works in our first conversation, and we’ll always disclose any scenario where your out-of-pocket cost could change.

What if I’m also selling a home?
