Do you only work with veterans?
We primarily serve veterans and military families, but we also work with civilians, downsizers, and investors across Minnesota and Wisconsin. Our veteran-owned perspective helps everyone we serve.
Is there a cost for an initial call?
No. Your first call or meeting with Scott is complimentary. It's a chance for us to understand your goals and for you to decide if we're a good fit for your mission.
Can you help if I'm out of state or deployed?
Yes. We routinely help clients who are moving to or from Minnesota and Wisconsin while out of state or deployed. We'll handle on-the-ground details, virtual tours, and coordination with your timeline.
Do I have to use a VA loan to work with you?
Not at all. Many of our clients use VA loans, but we also work with FHA, conventional, and cash buyers and sellers. We'll help you compare options with your lender.
How far in advance should I reach out?
Sooner is always better. Even if you're 6–12 months out, a quick strategy call can help you prepare financially and logistically so you're not rushed later.
